Richard Wang
Chief Executive Officer
Richard has 15 years experience developing and commercializing energy storage technologies. As founder and CEO of Cuberg, he successfully led the company to develop breakthrough lithium metal battery technologies. Richard led the company through acquisition by Northvolt and subsequently served as CEO, North America for Northvolt following the acquisition.

Chief Commercial Officer
Matt brings 25 years of executive leadership in energy and transportation as Voya's Chief Commercial Officer. His experience includes CEO roles at Voltera and Propel Fuels, EVP, Energy & Charging at Rivian, and Chief Commercial Officer at Proterra, complemented by venture capital and private equity experience investing in clean energy and mobility technologies.

Chief Technology Officer
Steven has 20 years experience developing new energy storage materials and devices, holding > 60 patents in the fields of hydrogen storage, batteries, gas separation, and high throughput discovery. His leadership experience includes CTO at ONE, VP of Engineering at Refractal, materials R&D leadership for Apple Special Projects Group, and Chief Scientific Officer at Wildcat Discovery Technologies.
